Remember that it is the little things we do in life that are often the most important. Like caring enough to remember birthdays and anniversaries and make them special. Remain faithful to one another in all things. Honor, trust and loyalty are more than mere words, for they are the very foundation of a lasting marriage. Speak honestly to each other, but with tempered kindness, remember that words once spoken can never be recalled, but can become scars that may never heal… Pledge to never go to sleep angry with one another, resolve your differences, make up and move forward. Most important of all is to show your partner that you love them each and every day, whether by hugs or kisses or by using those three all important words… “I love you.” |
