Before I ask, you understand
my problems and my needs

Quietly you've done your best
to help, inspire and cheer

And everything looks brighter
right away because your near

You always have a lot to do
but still find time to spare

To listen and to give advice
because you really care

You've helped me because you wanted to...
you found joy in being kind

And making others happy
